FIRST SUNDAY SOUND BATHING
9:30-11am First Sunday of each month:
December 3rd with guest gong player, Paul Dane of Gong Space
£12 drop-in NO BOOKING NEEDED
The first Sunday of each month is a dedicated sound bath: this session is part of the regular Sunday Sanctuary class– same time, same place, same venue, same drop-in. It’s just that the First Sunday of the month is dedicated to serious relaxation time!
What happens at the sound bath?
We chant a mantra to open the space & connect to our intention for the session: we begin with gentle yoga warm-ups to prepare the body for relaxation.
Then, lying down, you are lead into deep relaxation with the voice, crystal bowls, chimes or drum (it will differ each time)- and then the main instrument is either the gong or crystal bowls which are played for about 40 minutes.
You are then lead up out of relaxation.
