PEACE THROUGH PRESENCE: A DAY OF KUNYIN YOGA & INSCRIBING

SATURDAY 8th JUNE 10am-3pm

BOOKINGS CLOSED

Quaker Meeting House, 45 Northfield End, Henley-on-Thames RG9 2JJ

KunYin Yoga is a new fusion yoga that is developing itself through my teaching: it offers the potent mantric & energetic base of Kundalini Yoga, fused with the deeply embodied experience of Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga is often nicknamed ‘the other side of yoga’ as its focus lies in the deep release of fascia (connective tissue): its aim is to hold longer, deeper poses as we allow all gripping and striving to fall away. Time, gravity & witness are the bywords of Yin Yoga. It takes us deep into the bodymind where we can watch the deeper runnings of our inner world.

This day workshop will lead you through a KunYin Yoga experience in the morning; followed by a bring & share vegetarian lunch; in the afternoon we will gather in witness, to journal our inner world & share in lovingly held space (if we feel like sharing). This is a method I call InScribing. The morning yoga will provide us deeper access to the realm of the observer within us; that inner scribe.

No yoga experience needed: yoga blocks & straps are provided if needed.

To bring: yoga mat or sheepskin/ cushion or zafu or bolster if you want one/ loose, comfy clothing/ water bottle/ blanket & warm socks

Also: pen & journal for the afternoon session

INVESTMENT: £40 (concessions available on request)

I have attended Holly’s classes, workshops, gong baths and retreats with a passion!  I will be eternally grateful to her for “being the lighthouse”, the illuminated one, who has guided me to the amazing path of Kundalini Yoga.  She is an incredible being; she is knowledgeable, genuine, truthful, sincere, kind and blessed.  Her knowledge of “all things yoga” is so vast, and she has so much information to pass on during classes that I often take a notepad and pen!  Thank you Holly.
